Data retention period<\/h5><p>ith reference to the personal data subject to processing, such data will be retained in compliance with the principles of proportionality and in any case no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing or until the previously given consent is revoked by the data subject at any time.The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service-related purposes.<\/p><h5>5. Data transfer<\/h5><p>Personal data is stored on Serverplan servers located in Italy, within the European Union.<br>It is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, may move the servers also outside the EU.<br>In such a case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.<\/p><h5>7.
