Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this website, compile reports, and share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads within its advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. The anonymization works by shortening the IP address of users within the borders of EU member states or in other countries adhering to the European Economic Area agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to Google servers in the United States and shortened there.

This type of service is intended to host data and files that allow this Application to function, enable its distribution, and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to deliver specific functionalities of this Application.
Some of the services listed below, if available, may operate on geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where Personal Data is stored.

3. Purpose of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4 no. 2) GDPR adn specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data.
Your personal data is processed both in paper and electronic form.
4. Data retention period
ith reference to the personal data subject to processing, such data will be retained in compliance with the principles of proportionality and in any case no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing or until the previously given consent is revoked by the data subject at any time.The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service-related purposes.
5. Data communication
Senza la necessità di un espresso consenso (ex art. 24 lett. b), d) Codice Privacy e art. 6 lett. b) e c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in Article 2) to Judicial authorities as well as to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.

6. Data transfer
Personal data is stored on Serverplan servers located in Italy, within the European Union.
It is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, may move the servers also outside the EU.
In such a case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
7. Rights of the data subject
In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights set out in Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 15 GDPR, namely the right to:
obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
